Cape Cod and Thailand?

Me and another friend went last year around the U.S.. we did, Arizona, Vermont, Colorado and Boston. We are trying to understand what to do. We have been offered a job working in a restaurant this summer in Cape Cod, but I have came up with a new idea. I was thinking of saving and will travel to Thailand for 2 months and then return to Scotland for more fun and save U.S. in the winter. I need some suggestions. Thanks Paul and Lisa
