universal health care for the United States a good idea or not?
I writiing a paper on universal health care. I know that Vermont and Massechusetts have allowed in their states, but that the system might not work so well for a dense population like California. What do you think? Is it a good idea have the government provide healthcare regardless of employment status? The funding would come from an income tax raise.
I think it is a good idea … if someone is paying for its own insurance … know very high it is … and that a tax increase probably would not be anywhere near what they are currently paying health insurance … Chainsaw: if you ever talked to anyone in these countries .. you know you do not take months to see a doctor … and are you saying that health care is not a financial burden in the U.S.?
