What I can do?

my boyfriend just got a new job for a hotel in Vermont is 2 hours away i live. lives in the hotel now free, I would move there with him, but I'm going to two years of college i have not even graduated from my first year yet. I'm in Vermont for the holidays with him, but I work 14 hours a day seven days a week. I love both, but how to deal with i can not see very often?
